Following historic elections in the City of Macon, a "Unity Party & Celebration" featuring Comedians, Musicians, and Candidates will be held on Sunday, August 12th at 6:30 PM at the Riverview Ballroom Event Center at 426 Walnut Street in Macon. There will also be free food, and the cost for the event, zero. One of the nicest things about this event is the brainchild of Al Tillman, who is that one of the candidates who lost in a very close race for a City Council post. What a class act.
