Our friend, the Honorable Anita Ponder, Macon City Council President, is running for Mayor, City of Macon. For almost eight years Anita has had the privilege of serving the citizens of Macon and Middle Georgia in her capacity as President of Macon City Council. She is also the Director of Education at the Tubman African-American Museum and holds numerous positions in various community organizations.
