Welcome, Chris Riggal, new but familiar Campaign Manager for Cathy Cox. Riggal, who has been Cathy's spokesperson in the SOS office, has taken the helm at the campaign. Cathy's choice of Riggal is wise on so many levels: he is a known quantity, and an experienced, respected professional. He brings additional communications strength to the campaign. Most important at this juncture: he knows Georgia. Excellent choice.
