We can bring a change to this country, and, with your help, we will. You don't have to be a political expert or have lots of time to have an impact. You just need to believe in the importance of women's issues and commit to bringing them to the forefront of our national debate.

Cathy Cox: Not Running
That's right. I know that this comes as a shock to many Georgia Democrats, particularly bloggers, but Cathy Cox is not on the November ballot. Whether she should've been, or not, is a discussion for another day. The point is, she's not, and her friends and former supporters do not take her choice not to attend the DPG convention as a slap at Taylor. We are not looking for smoke signals from Cathy about whether to support Taylor. Generally, we are a pretty independent minded group. That's one of the reasons we supported her in the first place. Taylor has bigger problems than Cathy not coming to Atlanta on Saturday, and solving them is where the focus should be. Move on.
Glad you said that! I hope everybody will move on and do all they can to put a Democrat in the governor's office in Atlanta.
